When the weather is nice, you can use the large back patio and roof deck as well. There is a BBQ in the back too.
The house is one block from Lincoln Park, 5 Blocks from Eastern Market, just under a mile from the US Capitol, and also easy walking distance to Barracks Row and H Street NE corridor. It is an awesome neighborhood.
Getting around: The nearest
The closest metro stop is Eastern Market, which is a half mile away on foot. You can rent bikes through Capitol Bike Share just a block away at Lincoln Park. There are two large grocery stores within easy walking distance and many small boutique shops in addition to Eastern Market.
