    Welcome to your newly improved gorgeous DR Horton home with a beautiful lake waterfront view, only four years young! Major upgrades to the home were just completed in May 2025: the entire interior was repainted, all rooms now boast beautiful crown molding, all brand new gorgeous flooring throughout the entire house (replacing the original tile and carpet flooring), a new 1/2-bath was added (original floorplan was just 2 full baths but the house is now 2-1/2 bath), plus brand new quartz countertops for the bathroom vanities that needed some sprucing up. This house boasts 4 bedrooms and 2-1/2 bathrooms with over 2000 square feet of air conditioned space. DURATION: Home is available for rent any time after October 25th, 2025. One year leases preferred, but under certain situations owner may be flexible for different initial durations so long as they at least go six months (although the rent rate may change for a less than one year lease) so feel free to apply even if a one year lease is not ideal for you. Some month-to-month open-ended lease options less than six months might be considered as well depending on the circumstances, although the rent price would generally go up more in those situations. HOA: HOA fees paid for by owner but all HOA benefits will be accessible to the tenants. Home monitoring security system and home phone line included in rent price. Utilities and Blue Stream Fiber Internet package not covered by rent (tenants are responsible). PETS: Pets are allowed if pre-approved by the owner (but may require an additional security deposit depending on the type of pet/-s). REQUIREMENTS: All adults over 18 must apply separately. Homeownership and/or rental history may be required: applicant/-s may not have had any foreclosures, bankruptcies, or court disputes with past landlords in their recent history. No smoking allowed in the house. PAYMENTS: First month's rent, last month's rent, security deposit, and pet deposit (if applicable) all due upon lease signing prior to lease commencement day. Bank-to-bank Automated Clearing House (ACH) rent payments are requested to be set up following the first initial payment (checks are fine for the initial payment but are NOT preferred for recurring rent payments and will incur an additional check-cashing fee). MILITARY/FIRST RESPONDERS: Owner is a military veteran who lives just an hour away and has a great track record of managing his own properties. Owner has been known to offer preference to selecting military/first responders that apply when multiple qualified applications are under consideration. Thank you for your service!
