The two rooms would share a bathroom. No smoking is allowed inside the home. Overnight guests are permitted with prior approval. Please keep all shared spaces clean. You will have access to the kitchen, living room, and family room. The bathroom is shared with one other roommate, so maintaining cleanliness is expected. Utilities are $150 per month and include internet, water, trash, and heating/air conditioning.
