There are updated appliances and mechanicals with low maintenance LVP floors. There's a separate work area with desk/chair and bonus storage room. The living room includes a pull-out sofa bed to accommodate the occasional overnight guest. Unit has electronic lock on door with camera and can be programmed with personal preferred number. High-speed WiFi is included on an exclusive "guest" network. Minimum stay is 30 days. No pets allowed. No smoking anywhere on the premises - must be at the street. Quiet times are from 10 pm to 6 am, 7 days a week. Maximum of 2 guests allowed at any time. Guests are allowed to stay a maximum of 2 nights. All amenities, including appliances such as the laundry, are for the exclusive use of the Tenant only. Parking is on the street in a designated spot next to driveway. Owner pays all utilities.
