Older cottage has a second floor and at one time served as a summer residence, but would need significant repair to return it to its former status and is currently used as a storage area. Deer and turkey frequent the yard and trout can be caught right behind the cottages. Association dues are approximately $150/yr. Land is jointly owned by association members and each member cares for and pays taxes on land immediately around each cottage (about 1/4 acre for each cottage).
