This is immaculately clean, updated and well kept home. In July 2019 a tankless water heater was installed, earlier this year the small bedroom was repainted. The faucets in the bathroom and kitchen were replaced. The microwave is two years old. The backyard is completely fenced in with professionally installed vinyl fencing with 2 gates, the gate by the ally is 10 foot for easy access. Beautiful landscaping with a large red maple tree professionally planted in October 2017 as well as a Japanese maple, black gum, 2 blue spruce, emerald arborvitae’s and pear trees. New windows in all bedrooms and kitchen. Laminate flooring and took down wall between kitchen and living room September 2015. Heating and air conditioning have been serviced yearly. Freon was put in the air conditioner in summer of 2018. A Wi-Fi thermostat was installed September 2019. All 3 outside doors have keypads and have been replaced. The utility door was a window in 2009, The garage door was replaced in 2015 and the front door is a beautiful fiberglass door put in 2017. The automate garage door is high quality and replaced in Feb. 2012. The roof and gutters were replaced in summer of 2009. The house is built on a slab. The plumbing is under the slab. There had been a leak behind the bathtub when I moved in, there is some blue corrosion. The plumbers(Nelson’s) said to leave it alone unless it starts leaking! That was 15 - 18 years ago. Wonderful location close to Lake Manitou with view of the dam. The are no houses across the street only trees and wildlife.
