This is a quaint larger than expected studio apartment with hardwood floors, new heating and AC unit with your own thermostat, and nice lighting both natural and electric. It is furnished with a comfortable bed, couch, and kitchen table and chair. We have also provided all kitchen ware, cooking utensils, and cleaning supplies such as a broom and mop. There is a microwave, electric tea kettle, and toaster. If you want a coffee pot, we are happy to get one for you. There is a nice size walk-in closet. The bathroom has a shower and tub. There is also a nice deck for you to relax and enjoy the outdoors on your days off! And there is an efficient heater and AC unit which you can regulate independently. Our home is upstairs. We are very quiet as well. The neighborhood is safe and our neighbors are very kind. We are walking distance to downtown Martinez and the Marina. There is a sweet Farmer's Market every Sunday year round as well as a number of really nice restaurants and stores. Martinez is also not far from major cities such as Walnut Creek, Berkeley, Oakland, and San Francisco. We are even a nice train ride away from the state capital, Sacramento. Utilities included. No smoking, illegal activity, or loud parties/large gatherings. On-street parking but there is plenty of room in front of house. Garbage day is Monday but you can still park on the street on those days. Quiet hours 9 pm - 6 am. Prefer no pets - may consider small dog upon request.
