The apartment is part of a quadruplex, sharing walls and ceiling with another unit, but is very well insulated. The kitchenette is equipped with a portable stove with two burners and a refrigerator, providing all the essentials to prepare meals during your stay. Enjoy a shared, fully fenced patio, perfect for relaxing outdoors. Pets are welcome with an additional fee, and we kindly ask that each pet brings their own bed and does not climb on the property's beds. We welcome up to two small dogs per stay, with a fee of $60 each. Parking is free, but limited to a maximum of two compact cars per unit and can be shared with other guests. Centrally located, this apartment is minutes away from Esporta Fitness, restaurants, and parks. The property offers easy access to various attractions, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. There may be some noise from neighbors in adjacent units, so please keep noise levels low between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM to ensure a quiet stay for everyone. No parties are allowed, and smoking indoors will result in an automatic complaint. Check-out is at 10 AM, and check-in is at 4 PM, with a grace period allowing check-in as early as 2 PM or check-out by 12 PM. If you need to arrive earlier or leave later than the grace period, an additional night will be added to your reservation. Make sure all doors are secured when you leave, and do not force the windows open as they do not open. Do not move the furniture, and if you need to, please return it to its original place before you leave. Undeclared pets may result in additional fees or cancellation.
