Looking for a clean, respectful, responsible female roommate to rent a private room with a full bathroom on the third level of my home. The room is located next to mine, and includes all utilities (electric, water, internet) no deposit required. I work from home full-time and live with a friendly cat, so ideally I'm looking for someone who is rarely home and comfortable sharing the kitchen and laundry room as needed. Please note that I'm also renting out the basement to another tenant, who has shared access to the laundry room.
