Come make me smile again! Please install new flooring throughout so I can feel clean and comfy. Fresh paint would make me happy and cheerful. People or pets to romp and play in my beautifully landscaped yard would make me laugh! With some love and a little makeover, I’ll feel gorgeous again. Come warm by my fire, entertain on my covered patio, and fill my high ceilings with conversation. I’d like a free standing tub and new tile floors. While you’re at it, put matching tiles in my walk-in shower. I have always been partial to my granite countertops, so perhaps you can coordinate cabinet paint, fixtures and faucets to accentuate my favorite feature. If you’d like to keep me company and work at home, perhaps we can change some formality for functionality by adding doors to my dining room and making a trendy office. It’s been awhile since I’ve felt fulfilled. There’s room in my life for bonus activities. Come upstairs and we’ll watch movies, read books, or craft, till my built-in shelves and heart's content...
