It is a brand new remodeled property, with furniture and appliances. If the tenant brings their own furniture and appliances, we can remove ours. Electricity and water consumption are included in the rent. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Only the person or people to whom the property was rented can live in the property. The tenant agrees to keep the property clean and in good condition and must return all the property and furniture at his disposal in the same paint and conservation conditions during the period of the contract. Any damage or mistreatment will be deductible from the deposit.
