Tenants may choose to maintain a garden. The house has an attached 1-car carport. Three cars fit in the driveway and there is unlimited no permit required street parking. Neighborhood is safe and all of the neighbors are very friendly. There are many kids in the neighborhood. It is a short walk to the Marc Train stop. Rent includes lawn maintenance. The lower floor is occupied by the owner of the property and her dog. The laundry is shared and on this floor. There is also a massage chair on this floor that tenants will have access to use. Owner is frequently not present and will generally not access the upper floor of the house. Owner's dog (Mae) is very people and child friendly, she's a pro-snuggler. Mae is dog akward, cats and dogs may be welcome on a case-by-case basis for a fee. Perfect tenants would love dogs, but not be able to have one of their own. Tenants must be clean and respectful of the property, house, owners, and neighbors. Smoking/vaping is not allowed inside of the house.
