You are renting the upper floor (1020sqft) which contains a spacious living/dining area (hardwood floor), a kitchen with granite countertops (tile floor), three bedrooms (hardwood floor), and a bath (tile) attached to the master bedroom and accessible from the hallway. A deck off the dining room leads to the large backyard, patio furniture is present for use on the deck. The backyard is large and fenced in. There is a fire pit and wood available. Tenants may choose to maintain a garden. The house has an attached 1-car carport. Three cars fit in the driveway and there is unlimited no permit required street parking. Neighborhood is safe and all of the neighbors are very friendly. There are many kids in the neighborhood. It is a short walk to the Marc Train stop. Rent includes lawn maintenance. The lower floor is occupied by the owner of the property and her dog. The laundry is shared and on this floor. There is also a massage chair on this floor that tenants will have access to use. Owner is frequently not present and will generally not access the upper floor of the house. Owner's dog (Mae) is very people and child friendly, she's a pro-snuggler. Mae is dog akward, cats and dogs may be welcome on a case-by-case basis for a fee. Perfect tenants would love dogs, but not be able to have one of their own. Tenants must be clean and respectful of the property, house, owners, and neighbors. Smoking/vaping is not allowed inside of the house. Cigarette butts are not to be thrown into the yard. 420 friendly outside. House is low VOC and well insulated. Utilities are included in the rent: Xfinity Wi-fi, electricity, gas, sewer, lawn maintenance, and refuse collection. 1-3 tenants. Available May 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023 (10 months). House is shared with owner, who is gone often and will primarily stay in the basement; yet it'd be nice to have some friendly tenants. Laundry is shared with owner. Adding a shed to the backyard can be discussed if additional storage is needed. Shed in the backyard is the owners.
