There is one full bath located in the hall with a tub, shower, and sink and vanity, and a second half bathroom located in the master bedroom with a sink and vanity. Pets are welcome with a limit of 2 pets per reservation, excluding aggressive breeds, with a weight limit of 50 lbs. A one-time non-refundable pet deposit of $250 is required. Free off-street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The neighborhood is conveniently located near major highways, making it easy to commute to Philadelphia, Wilmington, and other nearby cities. No smoking or parties are allowed inside the building or private apartments. Quiet hours are between 9pm and 8am, ensuring a peaceful environment for all residents. Check-in is after 4pm, and you can access your apartment using a smart lock with a code that is the last 4 digits of your phone number. The laundry facility is located on the ground floor, and a laundry card is provided upon check-in, which must be returned upon check-out to avoid a replacement fee. Includes a designated workspace with a desk and chair in the master bedroom, providing a comfortable environment for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
