Rainbow Lake is a friendly, private community surrounding Rainbow Lake (as known as Wataba Lake). Residents enjoy year-round activities: boating, swimming, fishing, hiking, walking, ice skating, ice hockey and ice fishing. There are two community beaches and docks for members' use. Living on the lake offers a unique blend of privacy and community. Each summer members look forward to the Rainbow Lake Annual Picnic. Held at Crescent Beach the first Saturday in August, the day is filled with games, fun, good food and a raffle. During the winter the Association hosts a holiday party and caroling around the lake.
