The Guadalupe River Trail runs through this beautiful Hill Country town, with stops at several parks. Take in Kerrville, and all the water-based adventure of the Guadalupe River, at this wonderful guest home! The pretty sky-blue Oasis has a spacious deck in two sections: one is wide-open, with an umbrella for shade, and the other is covered pergola-style, with sparkling outdoor lights and a bubbling waterfall for enchanted evenings. A smaller, more private deck is located upstairs, off the master bedroom. Treat yourself to quality relaxation time in the soothing hot tub. With central air for comfort, the Oasis presents a bright and welcoming vibe. Everything is new, from the furniture and electric fireplace to the counter tops and Roku-equipped TV (streaming accounts can be accessed with the Wifi!). Dining tables inside and out assure you'll eat in style, and everything you need for food prep is included in the full kitchen, with new appliances, and even a regular and K-Cup combo coffee maker. There are two ways to access the second floor here: a decorative spiral staircase inside, and a more mobility-friendly set of stairs outside. The Blue Oasis has two bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and the other (not a bedroom, its an open room off the master that shares a master bath) with two bunk-style beds with four twin beds total. Add the queen sleeper sofa, and you've got adjustable Posturpedic mattress comfort for up to eight! 6 months minimum lease. This is a duplex just south of Kerrville overlooking the Hill Country. The unit has a hot tub and back patio but its not shared between the two rentals. Its a one bedroom upstairs with an extra room that includes some single beds. Full kitchen and living area downstairs. We will only show the rental to qualified applicants who have submitted an application. 1 small pet may be considered for a $300 non refundable fee. House is rented furnished only. Tenant is responsible for electric and internet.
