The measurements of the rooms are about 14' x 20'(living area), 10' x 20' (kitchen), back room used as storage, ; 2nd floor--large bedroom (14' x 20'), small bedroom (10' x 8'). bathroom (10' x 4'). No functional attic. Basement is partly complete ( back still has dirt). Back door only way to yard. There was alley-now it is a sitting area for neighborhood. Now lets figure neighborhood into the equation. This area of Reading is very depressed, drug infested, and area has a lot of trash. In my opinion, my house should actually be considered as a 1 1/2 bedroom. Please give a better zestimate. This house would never sell anywhere close to your figure.
