We added Berber carpet, tiles, linoleum, kitchen cabinets, new double pane storm windows, appliances, roofed front porch, back unattached deck, new metal roof, bedroom doors. Two walk in closets and the master bath do not have doors (via curtains) and we have not put baseboards or door trim up. Has central heat and air and a wall propane heather with an owned propane tank located in back yard. Next door neighbor (family) has large boat shed on property line and we have a small boat cover built off of it. It will remain for new owner use per agreement. If you wish to take it down you will need to have it professionally done to avoid damage to neighbors building. House is on a 4 house share water well and there is a $100 per year payment for upkeep and maintenance. Partially furnished with 3 beds (king, queen, double), with some side tables and lamps, includes all appliances and washer and dryer. TV entertainment cabinet stays but not living room furniture or kitchen table, or large dog pen off back deck. Front porch table and chairs will stay with house.
