I'm looking for 1 additional roommate to occupy my 3-bedroom apartment in Cadence at Crown in Gaithersburg, MD. I'm a 28-yr old male professional that works in finance, loves to drink beer and play xbox, as well as going out to the many bars that are in Downtown Crown. The other room is being occupied by a female friend that is also a young professional. All decisions being made go through her, as well. It doesn't matter if you're male or female, but we are looking to live with another young professional. Pets are welcomed, but the apartment charges a security deposit and monthly charge to have them (no cats - I'm allergic). Must haves: a sense of humor, responsible, and clean up after themselves! This apartment is the most sought after one in all of Cadence at Crown, and goes for $2,700/mo. I'm only asking for $800 for the room + Utilities (which usually do not amount to more than $100/room).
