We just installed a new air conditioner with heat, too just a few months ago. It has a full size refrigerator, microwave and electric range, tiled kitchen counter tops, oak wood cabinets and tile floors. The living room and bedroom are carpeted. The parking is off the street in front of the property and is for one car only. The walkways and staircase are lighted at night and the neighbor hood is quiet and safe. Prospective renters be willing to sign a one year lease and must make at least $550 per week, and have been working at the same establishment for at least a year. They MUST have great references including and very important to have excellent references from former landlords. To move in we require, 1st and last month rent, plus a deposit of $550.
