We are renting a furnished 3 bed / 2 bath home in downtown Crested Butte, blocks away from Elk Avenue and the mountain shuttle. The house is fully furnished and well stocked for an easy move in! The master bedroom features a king size bed, while the other 2 bedrooms have a queen size bed. There are 2 off street parking spots available for your use and the home is just a couple blocks away from the free shuttle to Mt. CB / Ski area. We are open to allowing one dog with fee (under 25 lbs.) with prior approval. Available October 1. 6 month lease preferred but open to shorter stays. $4,300 per month. Owner pays for internet, water, sewer, trash and roof snow removal. Tenant pays for gas, electric. Ground snow removal is the responsibility of tenant.
