Welcome to the "Dolphin Beach House", a 2 bedroom (sleeps 6), 1 1/2 bath Beach house. This 79 year-old charming Beach house is in the coastal community of Indian Rocks Beach and is one of the few original remaining beach houses in the area for you to vacation at and enjoy. The Beach house is updated with all the modern luxurious amenities you could want. The Dolphin Beach house is literally just steps away from the beach with about a 5 minute walk to the award-winning white powder sand beaches of the Gulf where you can watch amazing sunsets and drink your morning coffee at sunrise as you walk along the beach. You may also see dolphins and manatees that visit us in Indian Rocks Beach. For day trips, Indian Rocks Beach is in close proximity to downtown Tampa, cultural and sporting venues. The house features an updated kitchen, new appliances and a new LG washtower. The large central AC will also keep you nice and cool. In the beach shed behind the house are beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella and a beach cart to bring everything to the beach and get you to the beach effortlessly. Kitchen and bathrooms are modern and the living room has a new 65" Oled TV with all the apps on it and ceiling fans in every room to keep you comfortable. All the mattresses and linens were refreshed and bought new in October 2025. The main bedroom has a queen matttess, the second bedroom has two twins and additional people can be accommodated on the brand new pullout sofa bed with an upgraded memory foam mattress. Everything in this house is designed for your comfort! You can enjoy sitting on the front patio or in the Adirondack chairs around the fire pit in the backyard for creating memories of a lifetime. You can also relax in the backyard hammock while sipping on a beach cocktail! The Beach house is within walking distance to many of Indian Rocks Beach awesome restaurants like: Guppy's, Crabby Bills, Groupers, Keegans, Monstah Lobster and more. For something informal, Kooky Coconut is a few minutes away for a sandwich or ice cream or walk to Tropical Ice Cream & Coffee who boasts of the largest selection of Ice Cream in the United States. Some great coffee shops are also within walking distance like The Grove Surf Cafe and Cafe de Paris, an IRB institution with fresh french baked goods, breakfast and sandwiches and the not to be missed famous "Paris Special"; a long shot espresso with homemade whip cream sprinkled with Belgium chocolate shavings. Also within walking distance is the Nekton surf shop owned by Cory Lopez a professional local legend surfer stocked to the brim with unique beachy items, you can also rent paddle boards there, beach bikes and more. Not to be missed, one street over from the beach house is the Indian Rocks Nature Preserve featuring a boardwalk trail that winds through mangroves and marshlands, offering bird watching and wildlife observation. There are beaches but few that compare to Indian Rocks Beach. It's laid back, doesn't have all the craziness of Clearwater beach and with less people on the beach. Also Indian Rocks Beach is truly a beach town, you won't find one Franchise restaurant in IRB (What the locals call it, short for Indian rocks Beach); it's all Mom and Pop restaurants many offering local seafood. Crabby Bills restaurant with its large crab on the roof is one of the local favorites for seafood and music and has been around for 43 years. There is ample parking for two cars at the beach house in the driveway. One small dog is allowed, max 25 lbs with an additional $250 pet cleaning fee. No cats allowed. No smoking of any kind is allowed on the property (tobacco or marijuana). No parties permitted. House will be fully cleaned and ready for you to enjoy! 100% furnished, all utilities paid for, includes internet. Regular lawn service provided.
