The lease for these renters Just started April 2025.. it had been all redone 2 years ago.. but due to a bad renter we had to do some upgrades prior to signing this years lease.. so for 2025 we did a mini makeover on this property.. We put in a a new hot water heater and new furnace.. the furnace heats even if the power goes out. ..there is a nice fire pit out front for the renters enjoyment... EVERY UNIT EXCEPT THE CABIN HAS WASHER, DRYER, STOVE, FRIG, .., THE MAIN HOUSE AND THE 2 BEDROOM BOTH HAVE HANDICAP RAMPS.. THERE IS A 2 STALL GARAGE, THERE ARE 3 OTHER BUILDINGS ON THE PROPERTY USED FOR STORAGE.. PROPERTY BORDERS BOTH US31 AND I-75
