Price reduced even more (moving, willing to take a bigger loss as I'm wishing to move). A great get-away retreat home in the country. There are additional supports down the middle of the house in the basement so its strong. Still has fuel-oil heating and a large tank outside for fuel-oil. We replaced the non-working elevator with a stairwell and did some drywall finishing in the two upstairs rooms. New double-pane windows in most locations in the house. I decided not to re-do the kitchen as I'm moving, leaving that to the buyer's wishes and priced low accordingly. Vinyl siding. Roof good, asphalt shingles. Large grass areas; could be used for horses etc. Flowering trees in the spring, also walnuts. Large area for dog (or garden), mostly fenced in. Large lawn. Two wells on the property and a cistern also, but we use rural water which is piped in (and reasonably priced).
