This house is available for a 6 month lease beginning May 10 through Nov 10th. The monthly rate for a 6 month lease is $2100/month. We are open to a 3 month lease at $2300/month. On average, mid day the street sees roughly one car every 3-5 mins. 5 min drive to the beach or a 10 min bike ride (1.5 miles). This is a small 2 bed 1 bath cottage style house. One or two people are preferred, but will consider occupancy of 3 people. Maximum occupancy is 3 people. House has had many upgrades over the last few years- flooring, bathroom, kitchen etc. there is a nice Sonos surround sound with subwoofer in the living room, as well as Sonos speakers in the kitchen and bathroom. If you are a condo person, this house probably isn't for you. There is no pool, hot tub, pickle ball courts etc. If you don't care about those amenities and prefer not to share any walls with anyone or hear footsteps above you and love to be able to listen to music at the volume you prefer and hang your beach towel where you want with without HOA rules feeling over bearing, you will love this cute little house. Bed linens and towels are provided. All dishes, utensils and cookware are provided. There is a laundry shed attached to the house off the kitchen door/patio so you dont have to make trips to the laundromat. Free dedicated off street parking in the driveway for 3 vehicles. Because of the large amount of people posing as traveling health care workers (who are not), we now require any potential tenants to provide proof of a contract offered by a local health care facility/agency.
