Our third roomie is unfortunately moving out and we need someone to take over her room Wes recently graduated with her BFA in acting and works at a restaurant on the side I act and model so I have flexible hours and often tape from home / also am out of the house a lot We're looking for someone friendly, with stable income and decent credit as you'd sign on the new lease with us It is a flexible lease though.
