The apartment is reasonably spacious and features tall ceilings, large bay windows, enough kitchen cabinetry, a full bathroom, and storage closet. There are doors that separate the living space from the kitchen, bathroom, etc. There is a secured common entry to access the apartment. Street parking is generally okay but sometimes difficult. There might be reserved parking available for $50. W/S/G/HW is free, residents pay electric and gas (cooking & heating). Rent for the unit is $745, refundable security deposit of $350.
