I bought this property at auction several years ago, it will be sold as-is with a quit claim deed, cash only. it is a small pie-shaped property zoned residential right beside hwy 55 on Ozark dr near the dog park. it has a small creek at the back of the property and two huge sycamore trees that you can see from hwy 55. there is a steep incline from Ozark dr to the property then the property lays flat. it is all wooded .30 acres.
