Here, you can enjoy kayaking or paddle boarding from our private dock, relax in the hot tub, use the fire pit, or lounge in a hammock outside. Inside, you'll have access to a gourmet kitchen, dining room, sunroom, living room with a pellet stove, 2nd floor laundry, your own bedroom with two large closets, and a shared bathroom. We have driveway parking, a front porch, storage shed & attic, central heat/AC, high speed internet, garbage pickup, and housekeepers that clean common areas every other week. Rent is $900/month and the electric bill will be split 3 ways. Non-cigarette smokers only, please. No smoking allowed inside. No guest arrivals after 10pm on weekdays as it will cause the dogs to bark and wake everyone up.
