We have everything already stocked including dishware, cookware, baking sheets, coffee maker (Keurig) and most everything you would need or want in your own home. We have wicked fast internet (fiber) almost at 1gig speed throughout the house that has a mesh wireless system. You can game and download and stream and do work all at the same time with no delay. Many lights are on smart switches so you just speak to Alexa to turn them on and off! Front door is a smart door lock as is the garage door so you can let yourself or others in with codes or a phone. We have an air hockey table and video game machine that has tons of games on it in the fun basement. We also offer an outdoor sitting area with firepit and large 5-7 person jacuzzi! We are located within 12-15 minutes for all of the ski resorts and amenities such as tennis, pickleball, fitness centers, etc. We are within 7 minutes of Kimble Junction that has many restaurants and supermarkets, Walmart, Starbucks, Whole Foods and much more! We area also a few minutes from other parks and lakes. Our home is 30 minutes from SLC (Salt Lake City airport) and is so simple of a drive - just the I-80 the entire way. We are looking for long term renters who will care for our home as their own. We are hands off owners but are always available if there is ever a problem. We have a local handyman and property assistant if ever needed. We would consider shorter term leases and the monthly rent would reflect the length. Tenant responsible for all utilities and maintenance such as air filters, water softener salt, etc. 1 month security deposit required. No smoking of any type whatsoever inside of the house. Strong financial background and credit will be required. Parking in 2 car garage and on driveway is perfectly fine. Owner will pay for landscaping maintenance but lessee is responsible for snow removal, hot tub maintenance and utilities. We are open to different lengths of lease which would most likely affect the rental amount. Preference given to longer term lease agreement. We accept dogs once we have a discussion on type, size, etc.
