The house that is pictured is the house at 1233 Sunhill Road NW in Birmingham, Alabama. This is a one level trailer that, in the winter is cold inside and the summer, it's hot inside. Foundation of house is separating from the floor of the house. There has been a constant water leak on the property since May 2016. If the Owners don't see any water bubbling up from the ground, they have NO PLANS of making any repairs, even if the water bill is more than the occupants can afford.
