The neighborhood is very nice and you will have no issues walking around at midnight. Renter pays all utilities (Gas, Electric, Trash, Internet). Snow removal and grounds keeping can be discussed upon lease agreement. Renter can do this on their own or these costs will be payed by the renter. Renter must have renters insurance.
