The cottage has an attached carport for parking, but others have chosen to park on the street and have used the carport for added living space. The unit comes with a brand new washer and has a 3 prong outlet for a dryer if you would like to add a dryer. We do not accept pets. I year lease minimum. We provide water and sewage only.
