This is two parcels with the one across the street with a dock and and private boat launch. Here, you will find the best fishing and charters on the big water of Lake Marion. You can bring your boat as we have many public launches. John c landing is right around two miles away as well. We have great restaurants within two miles of here as well as an amazing schools called Clarendon private school. This is a very quiet and peaceful area for golf carts and amazing fishing. You are two miles from many golf courses as well. Also the Kudos wildlife preserve a couple of miles as well to see the alligators. Have a fire and sit on the screened in porch and take it all in!
