I will be setting appointments up for Saturday, Feb 6th between 10 am and noon. While I will be giving everyone a list of criteria used to determine qualification, I will be looking to find qualified tenants on or before February 15th. If you apply, a completed form will be one that is filled front and back, signed and submitted with signature/s. I will be screening the first best applicants who qualify. If you qualify you will have 24 hours before the offer to rent expires in which time we can sign a hold agreement and a hold fee to reserve the tenancy. The hold fee can be credited towards the move in fee.
This is a quiet area that is very close to McLoughlin Blvd for a quick trip to downtown Milwaukie and 10 to 15 minutes
from downtown Portland. This is an easy walk to the Park Avenue Milwuakie Light Rail Station.
The apartment is nestled in Milwaukie Heights, a very wooded area offering a sense of privacy. Apartment is #1 is the one available (on the far left). It has
only one adjoining unit since apartments #1 and #2 are offset from #3 and #4 (See Photos). This is another reason why the
apartments are very quiet.
Managed by the owner, the landlord pays water, sewer, and garbage.
There are a number of nearby amenities: Elk Rock Island, Milwaukie Waterfront part, farmers market, library, transit center.
