In the detached garage, the game room offers a personal bar, 2 large Smart TVs, basketball arcade game, baggo, darts, ping pong, pool table, and neon lighting. Choose from one of 5 bedrooms: two King suites with Smart TVs and attached full bathrooms, a Queen bedroom with Smart TV and desk space, a bunk bedroom with 3 Twin mattresses, and a detached garage with a Queen pull-out couch and a Twin pull-out couch. The house can park about 4-5 cars. This property allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Our cozy lakeside home is located off a beautiful, windy drive through a quiet neighborhood in Lowell, Arkansas. Enjoy lake views from the house or head to Hickory Creek Marina. Drive just 10 minutes to town, 20 minutes to Springdale's Downtown, or 23 minutes to Rogers Downtown. The dock in the backyard is not for guest use, as it is owned by a neighbor. Water levels are subject to change due to environmental factors, which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. An unapproved party or event will incur a fine of $1000. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home. Smoking in the home will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.
