The unit is completely private with no shared spaces. The laundry room is used only by the Airbnb cleaners for occasional linen service and is not accessed by guests making that space, along with the adjacent storage area, fully yours during the lease. Just a friendly heads up: You may hear footsteps from the unit above. There is insulation between the ceiling and the floor however I think it is just the age of the house allows that allows sound to travel. Also note: The greenery by the front door is no longer there.
