Petworth is a great area with lots of restaurants and bars close by but it is quiet at night on our street. 5 min from the Georgia Ave metro and 5 min from the 52/54 bus line, we have a 1 bed 1 bath basement apartment in our group home. The upstairs is shared by three mid twenties professionals. We are clean, quiet, and friendly. Rent is $1600 a month, utilities average about $100 a month. And we have car port with a parking space available. Pets allowed on a case by case basis. Laundry is upstairs and shared with the whole house. We have central air and heat.
