Owner supplies water and internet to building shared by both tenants and $100 is added to the rent (So total is $1550) for water and the internet. Landlord may refuse a renter based on criminal history, rental history, credit history, current income or failure to provide accurate information. Whether dogs will be allowed depends on renter's ability to show prior history of responsible pet history. A washer and drier, if provided, are a courtesy and may be used by tenant; however, landlord will not maintain the units.
