The owners who purchased this house in 2006 have never listed it for sale and are still the current owners. Weichert never listed this house for sale after 2006. As such, the Zillow Zestimate for this house is also wrong and must be ignored until the information is corrected. This is due to a continued error in misidentification of this address versus a building number "123" in a condo/coop/apt complex called "The Orchards" in East Windsor, which has the same zip code as Hightstown. Zillow needs to fix the problem. House is custom designed and built. Entire home interior was completely rebuilt in 2009.
