This is arguably one of the nicest 2 bedrooms to be found in the competitive landscape that is the Greenpoint rental market. This section of Oak Street, near where Guernsey Street loops around is one of the prettiest spots in the neighborhood. The living room is massive, sprawling and bright, flooded with great natural light. I truly am a poet! There is also a sort of office nook section of the living room that could be great for a small home office area. The primary bedroom is large and in charge (my poetry skills persist) and while the second bedroom is smaller, both bedrooms have great closet space!
