Has new roof and siding, city water, septic, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, upstairs is open space, natural gas for heating. Now what I'm looking is someone to live there and fix it up instead of paying rent. We'll set monthly projects. Also on this property we have a full time job for the right person (construction and land management). This is a long term partnership.
