My current roommate is moving for a new job so I'm looking for someone new to move into my current apartment! The apartment is a two bedroom, one bath that is the entire first floor of a house. It has off street parking for two cars (mine + yours), laundry in the basement, and a large front porch to enjoy all summer long and into the fall. There are separate living and dining rooms as well. While I currently have Time Warner internet, Green light fiber internet has recently become available on the street and could be installed. The rent is $475/month plus utilities which average out to somewhere near $75/person each month. I'm looking for someone to move in as early as mid March. Driveway plowing is also included in the monthly rent and there is an Amazon Alexa device in the living room for music etc. A little bit more about me: I moved to Rochester three years ago for a job after school and I've lived in this apartment since then. I love living in the Park Ave area and exploring around town on the weekends. I work as a water resources engineer and I'm generally gone during normal office hours. Outside of work I love anything outdoors and pace long runs for one of the local running stores on Saturdays.
