We have initiated the process of having interested buyers’ names added to a Priority List. Steps required to be added to the priority list 1.) You must become prequalified with a mortgage lender. 2.) We will contact you confirming receipt of your Prequalification and deposit notifying you that your name has been added to the Priority List. 5.) We DO NOT/WILL NOT distribute the Priority List of names and positions to customers or other sources as this is a violation of privacy laws. Your position on the list is solely based on the Time & Date stamps mentioned above. 6.) You will be able to purchase a home in a our neighborhood when your name comes to the top of the list AND if you are still ready/willing/able to move forward at the time the houses are finished.
