This cozy guest house in the city is just 10 minutes to downtown, 8 minutes from the airport, and 15 minutes from East Nashville, this space is designed to help you rest, relax, and feel more creative. The inside of the house has been mindfully decorated to help you feel inspired, rested, and peaceful during your stay. Complete with a refurbished victorian couch, a cute eating area, full kitchen and massive bedroom with dedicated workspace included, and a large backyard deck. My hope is that whatever reason you find yourself in the space and the city that this living retreat gives you permission to unwind and connect most fully to yourself. Utilities and internet are not included in the price of rent. First and last month's rent, plus deposit due at signing.
