There is a crawl space for additional storage. Water, sewer, and trash are included in the rent price. Pets are negotiable. The lease is for one year. The lease starts January 1, 2025 and ends December 31, 2025. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (dogs, cats, or a combination). There is a $300 per pet deposit but no pet rent. There is no smoking allowed on the property. Tenants are responsible for snow removal (a small walk) and yard maintenance (again, this is very little due to the property being xeriscaped).
