    This home was built in 1940 and contains many leaded windows throughout and unique plaster work and arches in the living room. All the floors (besides the kitchen and bathrooms) are hardwood and all have been refinished. All window and door hardware has been replaced with solid brass locks, pulls and hinges. All the interior doors have the original brass backplates and glass knobs. Crown moldings have been added to most rooms. The 3-car garage measures 38'W x32"D (1216 sq. ft.) It has a 9' ceiling and a epoxy painted floor. The walls are 2x6s with full insulation. The garage doors are insulated and feature torsion springs. The garage has a gas furnace and central air and a 100amp circuit breaker panel. There is a 2nd floor loft over the middle garage bay that measures 12'W x 32'D (384 sq. ft.) and is accessed by a full width staircase.
