There are a lot of older people living in the neighborhood, but some young families as well. The neighborhood tends to be very quiet, and the lawns in the area are well-maintained. The neighbors are friendly, without being intrusive. I have never been a victim of any sort of crime in this neighborhood, nor have I heard of anyone else being one. The street has very little traffic.
