1225 Howell Mountain Rd, Pope Valley, CA 94567

Located at 1,800 ft elevation in the Howell Mountain AVA are 112+/- acres and two parcels owned by one family since 1924. According to a vineyard study conducted by Paul Anamosa there are approx. 20+/- plantable acres with moderate slopes of less than 15% with high quality soils and good sun exposure. Two rustic cabins built in the early 1900's are located downslope from the vineyard sites. Water sources include a new well and spring.
