First and last months rent as well as a refundable security deposit of $1,500 is required. The nonrefundable pet fee is $200 for the first pet, and $100 for each pet thereafter. The pet rent is $15 per pet per month. Unfortunately, the following dogs are not allowed per the homeowner insurance policy: Akitas, Pit bulls (American Staffordshire), Chows, Rottweilers, and wolves or wolf hybrids. At least five years of stable employment and rental history is required. There is a $50 application fee for each adult to occupy the unit. This is a duplex unit, not a townhouse or condo. Garbage and recycling is provided. All other utilities are lessees responsibility. Pet fee is $200 for the first pet and $100 for additional pets. Pet rent is per pet. There is no smoking of any kind in unit, that includes guests. The loft is considered usable space, not livable space. For example, it is perfect for remote work or creative endeavors or just as additional storage, but cannot be used for sleeping. Off street parking fits one car. Additional parking in front of unit for one additional car or visitor vehicle. Cats are permitted, but are not allowed outside. Lessor is expected to maintain their personal yard. Access to yard debris container for personal yard clean up is available upon request. First, last, and deposit required. Application fee is $50 per adult occupant. Lease is for one year and then automatically moves to a month-to-month.
