Why would I pay rent??? It would cost me $1,000/month to rent this home in Hanahan with preferred schools, taxes, and community spirit, and I can own it for close to $700/month. The home offers a new roof(architectural shingles) vinyl exterior (easy maintenance) new vinyl replacement windows (thermal energy efficient that tilt in for cleaning) and a large fenced yard that backs up to a green area. The Seller is offering a warranty that will be in place when I become the Owner. The family room is very comfortable and I love the way that the third bedroom has been converted into a dining area with counter bar (I only need 2 bedrooms and they both are large). The bathroom is perfect and offers a 5 ft. shower with embossed tile surround and it has a seat. This home is perfect, so Why Would I Rent???
